Prenant la parole, <a href=\"chatgpt:\/\/generic-entity?number=2\">Mohamed Cont\u00e9<\/a> a lu une d\u00e9claration appelant directement les autorit\u00e9s \u00e0 agir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, mesdames et messieurs les autorit\u00e9s, l\u2019adoption d\u2019une loi de r\u00e9paration centr\u00e9e sur les victimes permettra de donner un cadre l\u00e9gal aux engagements de l\u2019\u00c9tat. Les avant-projets de loi et de d\u00e9cret ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9s en collaboration avec le minist\u00e8re de la Justice, les organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et les partenaires techniques. Ils sont pr\u00eats et attendent leur adoption \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon lui, ces textes pr\u00e9voient notamment la mise en place d\u2019une Agence nationale des r\u00e9parations, charg\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9tablir un registre unique des victimes. Une avanc\u00e9e jug\u00e9e essentielle pour la reconnaissance et la prise en charge des personnes affect\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Derri\u00e8re chaque victime, il y a une vie bris\u00e9e. Il est temps d\u2019adopter cette loi pour restaurer leur dignit\u00e9.
